Call to Order at 9:37 am
Approval of Minutes: Motion by Frana, second by Bender to approve the minutes from December 9, 2014 as amended. Motion carried.
Grant Application Update: The City of Cedar Rapids did apply in partnership with Prairiewoods to both the Urban Water Quality grant program and the WIRB grant program. Discussed the Five Star grant application and the lack of projects ready to move forward. Board discussed organizing a tour of practices.
Planning grant extension & plan timeline: Fencl reported on the request for a planning grant extension from Iowa Economic Development Authority. The Board asked for clarification on the expected final product for the grant. The Board also requested that the Tech Team submit a draft implementation section for review at the next ICWMA Board meeting.
Announcements:
Typical schedule is the second Wednesday of the middle month (February, May, August, November) each quarter at 1:30 pm hosted at Cedar Rapids City Services Center.

- Cedar Rapids is hosting an open house for the proposed Flood Control System on January 19th from noon – 1:00 pm
- Cedar Rapids is updating their Stormwater Drainage Master Plan
- Marion is working with the Art in the Alley project on possible stormwater practices
