Call to Order at 1:34 pm
Approval of Minutes: Motion by Cooper, second by Frana to approve the minutes from January 12, 2015. Motion carried.
Election of Officers: Motion by Beck, second by Bender to nominate Bruce Frana as Chairperson and to cease nominations. Motion carried. Motion by Bender, second by Hanson to retain Steve Cooper as Secretary / Treasurer and to cease nominations. Motion carried. Motion by Bading, second by Frana to nominate Craig Hanson as Vice-Chairperson and to cease nominations. Motion carried.
Administrative Update: Fencl reported that the IEDA approved the six month extension making the plan completion due date June 30, 2015. Fencl reviewed the updated work plan & timeline noting the new dates for drafting the plan. The updated budget summary was distributed and reviewed.
Implementation Strategies Draft: Board members reviewed and provided comments on the draft Implementation Strategies document. The comments will be incorporated and the full Technical Advisory Team will complete the draft document for another review at the next ICWMA Board meeting.
Plan Completion Outline: Fencl distributed a list of the next steps in the planning process.

Next meeting: The next ICWMA Board meeting will be during the week of March 30th at the Cedar Rapids City Services Center.
Typical schedule is the second Wednesday of the middle month (February, May, August, November) each quarter at 1:30 pm hosted at Cedar Rapids City Services Center.
Adjourn: Motion by Cooper, second by Bading to adjourn at 3:50 pm. Motion carried.

- There will be another round of Water Quality Initiative funding this spring and we have one possible willing landowner to partner with on an application.
- The Linn SWCD Commissioners agreed to contribute $240 to organizational management.
