Approval of Minutes: Motion by Bading, second by Powers to approve the minutes from November 27, 2012. Motion carried.
Administrative Update: Fencl provided an update of the activities since the last board meeting including:
Logo Quotes: Micheel distributed quotes for logo design services. Motion by Hanson, second by Frana to accept the MCS quote for $990.00. Motion carried. Suggest that the draft logo be tested with the Citizens Advisory Team.
Announcements & Events:
Adjourn: Motion by Hanson, second by Powers to adjourn. Motion carried.
Next meeting: Set a tentative quarterly meeting schedule. Meetings will be May 16th, August 15th, November 21st in 2013. Meeting time is 1:00 pm at Marion City Hall unless noted otherwise.

Approval of Minutes: Motion by Bading, second by Powers to approve the minutes from November 27, 2012. Motion carried.
Administrative Update: Fencl provided an update of the activities since the last board meeting including:
- Technical Advisory Team meetings
- FTP site to store data collected throughout the planning process
- Distributed a draft list of funding opportunities
- Reviewed the procurement process for the water quality monitoring & RASCAL assessment work. Motion by Hanson, second by Powers to authorize the Technical Advisory Team to review the proposals and make a recommendation to the City of Marion to approve a service agreement with the selected contractor. Motion carried.
- Reviewed the scope of work from the Army Corps of Engineers to expand the existing hydrology model to include Squaw Creek. Motion by Hanson, second by Frana to approve the Army Corps Scope of Work and forward to the City of Marion for approval. Motion carried.
