Call to Order at 9:07 am
Approval of Minutes: Motion by Hanson, second by Beck to approve the minutes from February 11, 2015. Motion carried. Motion by Hanson, second by Beck to approve the minutes from a Board conference call March 17, 2015. Motion carried.
Administrative Update: Fencl reviewed the updated plan completion outline and plan adoption schedule. Some tentative dates were set for plan presentation and adoption request to member policy makers in June. There was also discussion about the plan open house events in terms of format and method of public input. The updated budget summary was distributed and reviewed.
Implementation Strategies Draft: Board members reviewed and provided comments on the revised draft Implementation Strategies document. The Board discussed prioritization of the implementation strategies as a final step for inclusion in the plan. The Board agreed to rank the implementation strategies and submit to Fencl by April 10th.
Water Quality Initiative grant: Fencl described the potential project and the obstacles to applying this time.

Next meeting: The next ICWMA Board meeting will be during the week of May 13th location TDB.
Typical schedule is the second Wednesday of the middle month (February, May, August, November) each quarter at 1:30 pm hosted at Cedar Rapids City Services Center.
